Our home in Gateway had been previously listed for 225 days with another agent and we didn't receive one offer. At that point we were very frustrated. We were getting several calls from various realtors to list our home again. When Noah Stone called he said "please don't hang up on me" so my husband listened to what he had to say. He came out to meet with us and his energy level and enthusiam sold us, as we knew he was a very aggressive agent and that's what we needed. We listed our home with Noah and three days later had a full price offer! His social media posts are incredible. He did a great job for us and we highly recommend you give him a chance to sell your home.

we took our house off the market due to poor market conditions and hig interst rates. Noah cold called us and convinced us that he could sell our house despite these obstacles, so we gave him a chance. He gave us a marketing plan and followed through with it. He sold our house shortly thereafter.
Noah is bright, personable, cheerful and charismatic but above all, is an extremely hard worker and keeps his promises. I would highly recommend Noah to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a home in Southwest Florida!

Noah is really passionate and thorough. I felt like he was on top of everything at every moment. He made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable.
